Upset: Cher Lloyd walks off stage after bottles were thrown at her at the V Festival in Chelmsford, Essex

Cher has been making her mark in the U.S. in recent weeks - and the American public has, so far, welcomed the star's brand of edgy pop.
The 18-year-old singer recently performed at a party hosted by Teen Vogue in LA and thousands of fans camped out in New York in the hope of catching a glimpse of the petite brunette as she prepared to perform at the Roosevelt Field Mall.
Cher is currently making promotional appearances in America ahead of releasing her debut album, Sticks + Stones, in the US on September 18 - ten months following its UK release date.

Putting it behind her: The 19-year-old appeared to have moved on from the urine-throwing incident

Just last weekend, the former X Factor contestant walked off the stage in disgust after a reveller threw a bottle of urine at her during her set at the V Festival.
The teenage singer was only into her second song at the Chelmsford, Essex, festival when the incident occurred.
Clearly upset, the 19-year-old fled the stage to compose herself, but decided to return and resume her performance.
Cher's management advised her to halt the gig for her safety, but she was determined not to disappoint those in the crowd who did want to see her.
