She's in the best shape of her life after quitting partying for a healthy new lifestyle.
So you can't blame Sarah Harding for wanting to show the results of her yoga-honed body.
Returning to her Primrose Hill, North London home on Friday, the Girls Aloud singer, 30, flashed plenty of toned flesh in her skimpy outfit.
The blonde teamed a pair of tiny denim shorts with a lip print T-shirt and gold trainers as she brought her beloved dogs home.

After taking up yoga and swapping her wild partying for early nights, Sarah is feeling focused and in control.
Last month, she showed off the results of her workout regime in a series of skimpy swimwear on a mini-break in Ibiza.

Despite returning to Ibiza, where her ex-fiance Tom Crane spends most of the summer working at a DJ, the singer insisted she wasn't reuniting with him.
Her spokesman said: 'Sarah is out in Ibiza for a work commitment.
'She has no plans to meet up with Tom and is not getting back together with him.'

During her four year romance with DJ Tom, Sarah was a regular in clubs in London and Ibiza.
In 2009, they even launched their own bar together, Kanaloa in the City Of London.
Before finding sobriety, Sarah admitted last year she had regrets over some of her wild behaviour.
She told the Mail On Sunday's Live magazine: 'I have my regrets over the past – I have behaved recklessly before.
'I’m a social animal, I love an audience and when I’m out and about I play up when people egg me on. I was just doing what most girls in their twenties like to do - the only difference was that I was getting photographed all the time.'
