Doggy daycare: Miley Cyrus has been hanging out with her pet dogs in Philadelphia while her fiance Liam Hemsworth films his new movie

She is being every inch the supportive girlfriend after accompanying her fiancé Liam Hemsworth to Philadelphia where he is shooting his new movie.
But it seems Miley Cyrus may be growing a little bit restless.
The star was left cuddling up to her pet dogs today while her beau spent yet another day filming.

It seems during her stint in the city Miley has done her best to stay occupied but after weeks of shopping and hanging out with friends, she today instead chose to relax.
She hung out with her many rescue dogs and posted various photos of the adorable pets to her Twitter page.
She also wrote on the micro-blogging site: ‘Having an intense cuddle session with the puppiessss.’

While there’s no doubt that the 19-year-old will have relished the quality time with her pooches, she may be missing Liam as he sticks to a gruelling filming schedule.
And to make matters worse, her fiancé today was shooting scenes with his beautiful co-star Amber Heard.
The newly brunette 26-year-old looked stunning in a smart outfit which consisted of a cream blouse, black suit trousers and high heeled pumps.

Wiling away the hours: While Liam is at work Miley has been enjoying lots of shopping trips and spending time with her pals

She had been sporting a pair of leopard print loafers before switching into the killer heels and was seen smiling as she clutched an umbrella while strolling around the set.
Liam was also dressed to impress in a suave black suit and tie for his scenes in the upcoming thriller.
Meanwhile Miley appeared to be sporting a blue vest to lounge around her house with the dogs after yesterday spending some time with a male companion.

Yesterday she posted a photo to Twitter of her with her dog Lila, along with the caption ‘I love this b****’, while today she wrote that she loved her life as she shared a snap of Lila and Happy sleeping on top of her.
