The country of Lithuania will make its debut at the 2012 Miss Universe Pageant in December. Greta Mikalauskytė (19, 174 cm, from Šiauliai), will be her country’s first representative at Miss Universe. Greta was the 1st Runner Up at the Miss Lithuania Pageant held back in April. The winner of that pageant goes to Miss World. Organizers decided that this year’s first runner up will go to Miss Universe. Lithuania has been present at Miss World since 1993.
