Off with a bang: Rita Ora wears a controversial bullet shaped ring following the opening night of her tour

Bullet proof: Rita Ora was seen wearing a bullet shaped ring as she left Manchester Arena on Monday evening

She likes to push the boundaries when it comes to fashion and accessories, not always getting it quite right.
And on Monday Rita Ora raised a few eyebrows as she left Manchester Academy following the opening night of her Radioactive tour.
Despite opting for a bizarre bespectacled look, which included a pair of double lens sunglasses there was no hiding her bullet shaped ring, which could be seen to glorify gun use and violence.

Meet and greet: Rita met her waiting fans after the show wearing the controversial ring

Looking on cloud nine after the first night of her UK tour, the How We Do singer looked unconcerned about any potential fallout from wearing such a controversial piece of jewellery and the influence it could have on her young fans.
The silver ring is likely to draw comparisons to Rihanna, who Rita has often been compared to.
Not shy of a bit of controversy Rihanna seemingly has somewhat of an obsession with guns and is regularly seen wearing gun related accessories, as well as having a firearm tattooed on her ribcage.

Responsible? Rita seemed unconcerned about what fans would think of the ring

While Rita often wears interesting outfits, this is the first time she has worn something fire arm related.
British Rita wore the large bullet ring as she left the venue dressed all in red, including red tinted sunglasses.
As she stopped to great guests who had waited for her after her show, the piece of jewellery was on display for all her fans to see as they gave her gifts.

Rihanna: The ring is likely to raise comparisons between Rita and Rihanna once again

The bullet ring came after she was seen on stage in metallic basque and a dagger shaped necklace.
The £180 LeiVanKash necklace is one she wears regularly but again appears to glorify violence somewhat.
Rita’s elaborate and somewhat daring stage costumes were designed by Emilio Pucci and aim to capture her 'urban glamour' style.
