She strutted through the airport in a pair of black velvet ankle boots and carried her iPhone, letting airport staff wheel her luggage to the car.
Kim appeared not to be too be suffering from too much jetlag, her complexion looking flawless and glowing with minimal make-up applied.
Once the reality star got into the car, she finally had a smile on her face and signed some autographs for fans.
Her arrival comes as her former husband Kris Humphries filed legal documents which he claims prove he did not pass on an STD to a former lover.
