Rude girl: Rihanna took to the stage at Hackney Weekend on Sunday night wearing tony shorts that left very little to the imagination over cut-off fishnet stockings

Rihanna closed the Hackney Weekend festival on Sunday night with a performance that included a string of her hits and a surprise (albeit widely expected) guest appearance by her mentor Jay-Z.
The 24-year-old took to the stage as the sun was setting over Hackney Marshes to the tune of her 2010 hit Only Girl In The World.
She wore a leather jacket embellished with gold, which was quickly stripped off after the opening number, and tiny black hotpants over cut-off fishnet stockings.
A T-shirt emblazoned with a tiger, black and gold sunglasses and bright red lipstick completed her look.

Rihanna followed her first track with Disturbia and S&M, which saw her jump off the stage and greet the audience.
After her third song, Rihanna informed the crowd that her mic pack was slipping, and enlisted the help of a thrilled fan in the front row to re-attach it to her bra strap.

Next up were Birthday Cake, What's My Name, and Rude Boy.
'Hackney, you're crazier than they told me!' she shouted to the crowd as they got rowdier.
The Barbadian songstress slowed things down with a ballad version of her duet with Eminem, Love The Way You Lie, which she requested the crowd sing 'every word' along with her.

The hits continued to roll, with Man Down, Where Have You Been, Wait Your Turn, Hard, and Don't Stop The Music.
Finally, the opening bars of Run This Town sounded, confirming what many were expecting: Jay-Z arrived onstage for a guest appearance.
After Rihanna made a cameo onstage the night before to help open the rapper's set, it was all but a given that he would re-pay the favour.

Energetic: Rihanna danced on a runway to get closer to the crowd

He did that and more, staying onstage for three songs.
The duo performed Run This Town, Talk That Talk and Umbrella, before Jay-Z left Rihanna to finish up her set alone.
The closing number was last year's mega hit We Found Love.
