What caused the change of mood? Suri Cruise goes from happy and playful to furious during a walk in New York

She’s the daughter of two actors so Suri Cruise definitely knows how to turn on the charm. However, the six-year-old child of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is also known for throwing the odd tantrum and she showed both sides of her personality as she took a stroll in New York with her mother today.
The duo were pretty as a picture as they stepped out in matching white skirts and black and white tops today.
Katie chose a checked shirt which she paired with her favourite pair of tan boots while her daughter opted for a cute striped vest top and ballet flats as they took a walk in the sunshine. When Suri was in a good mood they couldn’t have looked sweeter, strolling along hand in hand while the youngster posed prettily.
However, when her mood turned sour, Suri had a face like thunder as she angrily strode along the pavement in front of Katie.

Perhaps Suri was still tired from her late night movie trip with her mom last night.
Suri appeared to have brought most of her bedroom with her and was seen carrying toys, blankets and sweets into the cinema.
Given the late hour and her heavy load it might have been easier if she had chosen to watch a DVD from the comfort of her own bedroom.

Even though Katie looked slightly bemused, Suri was all smiles as the pair strode along hand in hand

The mother daughter duo had decided on watching animated film Brave and Katie was seen paying cash for the tickets.
Cruise was missing from both family outings as he is currently filming Oblivion in the city.
The actor recently revealed that Suri was 'a little taken aback' by his physical transformation for his most recent role as rocker Stacee Jaxx in Rock Of Ages.

'When I had the eyeliner on, and the painted nails, she was a little taken aback by that,' Tom shared to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show.
'She was like, 'What is happening to my daddy?' Tom said his daughter was shocked because she usually saw him in bloody and bruised makeup on the set.

'She goes to Kate's set and there's the hair and the makeup and it's a very nice set.
'Then Suri comes to my sets and she's got to wear a hard helmet and there's explosions going off and Dad's all bloody and bruised!'
