Waking up in a sanatorium and discovering Nicki Minaj is your consultant is the stuff of nightmares - or dreams, depending how you feel about the pink haired rapper.
She's dressed up as a sexy doctor for B.O.B's latest video, the aptly titled Out Of My Mind.
In the clip, she's seen walking out of an office with 'Dr. Minaj' on the door in to a large book-lined office.
A pair of glasses give her an air of medical authority, and her hair is styled in a neat bouffant.

However, as she approaches 23-year-old B.O.B, who is seated in a chair wearing a straitjacket, it becomes obvious that Dr. Minaj has forgotten the terms of her Hippocratic Oath.
She whips off her white coat to reveal a pair of high-waisted leopard print briefs, a pair of stockings and a push up bra.
She struts around her seated patient, and at one point lays across his lap, grinding against his thighs and torso.

She doesn't seem concerned that she could be making B.O.B, real name Bobby Ray Simmons, even more unwell as she flaunts her ability to move unhindered in his face.
Soon, she decides his treatment is all over, so goes to release him from his restraints, coughing up a small silver key to undo the locks.
In another scene, the two rappers appear side by side in a stony cell which is daubed in graffiti about aliens and mind-control.

It is not clear why B.O.B has ended up in the secure mental institution, but he raps: 'I was doing fine, until my brain left without saying goodbye.'
There is CCTV-style footage of him pacing a small square cell, and another section features him wearing a leather mask similar to the one made famous by Hannibal Lecter.
The other staff at the hospital are not the usual orderlies and matrons you would expect to find helping patients and their anxious family members.

Similarly, there seems to be an alien contained in one of the patient cells.
People who think Nicki Minaj is a bit cuckoo will no doubt take great pleasure in seeing her wearing a straight jacket.
She is seen in a white garment with her arms tied behind her back.

The video is directed by Benny Boom, one of the hip-hop world's most revered creatives.
Out Of My Mind is the fourth time he has worked with Minaj this year, having directed the videos for her solo work Beez In The Trap, Right By My Side and Pound The Alarm.
